Will this front bumper require alot of modding to fit as I no that some fibreglass bumpers are not good quality and need chopping around to fit right?!
thanks

Mine wasnt a psg mould, so it was built pretty wank, mould lines needed smoothing, few bits of tidying up, the bumper itself is probably 90mm too wide for the arches each side.
Bodykits will never fit straight on to a car as the car used for the mould will be different to yours, my advice, save your money.
If you do get one, get a PSG one, and get it fitted properly, get the widearch 1.

I was gonna get a PSG standard arch one. My Uncle is bodyshop manager at Vauxhall so presume it wouldnt be much of a problem for him to make it fit?! Just want to make sure it isnt gonna end up costing me more to fit it than it will cost me to buy!

I work in a bodyshop, Still a fucking headache to fit, couldnt be arsed to try and make it fit properly. Enthusiasm wasnt there. Still isnt.
Taking the old bumper off and as a direct replacement it fits a piece of piss, but if you want it to look smooth/flush=hassel.
People who work on cars try to stay away from this shit for a reason, its shit to work with, fits like shit, about as strong as a paperbag etc etc......
Good luck
