On the centre control panel, behind the air flow stength switch I can see one LED, is that the LED that gives colour to the whole of that section? Or am I missing something?
Ive given up trying to get the whole section out. Any ideas??

There are 3 bulbs there in total. One in the heater control switch, and there are two in small bulb holders behind the heater control fascia.

im afraid so. you need to unclip all the heater control cables ect

Also another thing, the map light up on the roof, what type of bulb is that? and are the leds for the control panel, lcd display and dash all the same size etc/

The speed and lcd display use twist fit osram holders.
The heater controls use push bulbs.
The roof light i believe is a 46mm bulb.
