How long did it take to come after you sent the credit application form off with you signiture on ?

Gotta wait for your credit check to come back clear, then ur application to be processed, account set up and finally ur card to be posted

I applied online, and abuot 5 days later got my stuff through the post that i had to sign, i signed it and sent it off today.

I presume the credit check was done before they sent me the stuff to sign, like when i applied online ?

they need your id to perform a credit check as it can affect your credit rating
