Hi peeps
this is a question for regualry use's of kazza lite anyways i heard that if you use this now you will be tracked down and sent a email warning you not to use it again i heard this off my bro in law is this true before i go installing it and downloading songs???

not heard that or had any trouble using it, but i've noticed it's becoming harder to find any files that you search for, so maybe people are stopping using it because of the rumours that you mention.

i think they are targeting the people who share files and have high transfer rates at first, but eventually they will attempt to prsecute everyone.

"BPI chairman Peter Jamieson says, “We have been warning for months that unauthorized file-sharing is illegal. These are not people casually downloading the odd track. They are uploading music on a massive scale, effectively stealing the livelihoods of thousands of artists and the people who invest in them.”
After months of attempting to raise awareness about the dangers of unauthorized file-sharing, the BPI issued a final warning in March 2004, saying if the problem did not improve legal action would follow.
Since then it has sent out over 350,000 instant messages to uploaders’ computers warning them of the consequences if they continue."
So it would seem they are targeting people who upload on a huge scale...
