ive noticed a few members have got more vehicles on gta vice city and 3 like mclaren f1's, pug 205s etc, do you have to have the x box version and x box live to do this. Or are they downloads for the pc version only.

It's possible on the XBox, but it's very far from easy.

iv installed them on the pc but they have not changed. any idea

You've not done it right?

Only on PC I think, tho Xbox does have a HDD that could be modified, not sure if someones done it.
