Oh dear that sounded silly but i am sure you have learned your lesson. I came close to a nasty crash when i went in my mates car on the day he passed his test and went out on a roundabout and i was in the seat behind the driver and just saw a car coming towards me. Closed my eyes but luckily didnt hit, wsa was very cery close.

Id class hitting a lampost @ 50mph & rolling in the car 3/4 times and walking out of a wrote off car with a scratch on my arm was a near death experience, like.

No, we hit the tree and the car died. We didn't.

Ive never been involved in anything like that, never broken any bones or been seriously injured. I suppose getting into the car with Richie could be classed as a near death experience ....
But then again he's never been involved in a crash and i always moan at him when he speeds
Im such an old woman

While driving my dads prelude, i was doing about 50mph on a dual carrageway. There was traffic lights up ahead, and i must of been about 10 car lengths away when they turned amber. I put my foot down as i wanted to beat the red (dont know why... instinctive reaction) and my mate yelled at me to stop. I put my foot on the brakes, and the car went just over the line.
Lucky he told me to stop, as another boy racer went straight across and i could of died that day. Ive learned from my mistakes though, and im always doing 5mph under the limit (but that is for a different story)
