get into work this morning and gets next months rota, which was late anyway and then finds out, WITHOUT being informed that i was on 2 12.5 hour shifts the day i come back off my holidays and the day after that... not happy, then i looked and the next week im on 3 mornings and the whole weekend 12.5 hour shifts again.bearing in mind im contracted to 18.75 hours per week and the 1st week ive got 25 hours and the 2nd week ive got 37.5 hours i was not amused. rang my boss,but my phone is bein super gay and no fucker can hear me, so shes like " sarah i cant hear a word your saying" anyway she rings me at my patients house, and says " well theres no one to cover " and i not so politely replied" so thats my problem then is it? ive got no one to look after the kids, i told you i cant do 12 hour shifts its completely awkward and i wont do it " then she has the cheek to say to me " well cant your boyfriend look after them, he lives with you doesnt he " the cheeky cow!!!!! i said "im bloody sure he cant, he aint my babysitter thank you very much" then i said to her, " im ringin Lynda Bower", ( the district nurse- who i know my boss will get in trouble off) so she said, "oh look i didnt realise i can do them shifts and you can do the mornings instead"

but she still thinks im doin 8-.8.30 new years eve and new years day pfffff theres no way... ill ring in sick if i have to,the cheek of some people

fuckin bosses

still gotta work the 2 shifts when i come back from my hols tho so i aint happy

i feel i will be attending the next staff meeting so i can complain about my shifts.....




oh and the astra of justice has broke so my car cant come off the road at the end of the month now im gunna have to tax and test it to use it for 3 weeks grrrrr
rant over

so hows every one else today?

me too.... back right wisdom tooth is hurting me but dont want to go to the dentist cos he said ill hav to get em took out if i go back about em again

feck that for a laugh id rather eat bonjela for a week

oh and i fell over and ive got a fuck off bruise on my knee, and i got a fine and a producer and fuckin verbal caution the other night also

If your contracted to 18.5 hours a week then they cant make you work more unless you agree, but does it say you dont have to work the 12 hour shifts?

If not can they not claim breach of contract and dump you?

basically, sassys boss is a "cheeky cow" because she wack sassy on more hours than she can work.....no offence, but i would have done the extra hours considering it would be extra cash in pocket, but then again i dont have children so
