There's so much to do in the game it's unlikely you'll ever get to 100%.

why cheat? why pay 30 quid for a game to cheat?
yeah sure in a month or 2 time, when ur stuck and bored with the game, play with the cheats just for a laugh
im hoping GT4 dont have no cheats just like the rest of the gran turismo series
