Depends if you want a weight gainer or protein (pure whey)

I just neck them, nohing worse than sipping one for ages.

They taste better in milk than they do water. You should only have them in milk before bed, it releases the protein into your body slower, which is ideal as you wont be getting nutrition whilst you're sleeping.
I take all mine throughout the day in water, your body absorbs the protein instantly.

best ive hads the Met-Rx one. 40g per scoop. about £30 for 2.2kg
