what oil to use in 1.4 8v 70k....

gona go for vauxhall but what type??

10w/40

dont get 15w 40 as most people would suggest ! its too thick for my 1.4 8v and mines on 103k

15w/40 is good if your engine is tappy, but Vauxhall 8v's don't tend to tap to bad... 10w/40 does my 1.2 8v nicely
