basically its at the like multi cris cross junction thing... underneathe that - one of the big sky scraper buildings have a yellow icon to allow you to go in...

i went into 2 player mode with my 'girlfriend' but didnt have another person here, so i had to use 2 controllers
she was driving around, and cj was shooting and random dudes.
didnt know how to get back to 1 player, as there was no missions, just free road, so i had to get them killed

i have a g'f on it
and on her doorstep was a 2 player icon. had to press a button on controller 2 to activate it

The easier way to steal a plane is simply park any car next to a lower part of the wall (not fence) and jump on its roof, then climb over the wall manually.
