Go North from BIg Smoke's house, and at the end of that road, straight ahead and very slightly to the right is a small road running parallel with the bridge. Go down that small road, and on the left there's an arch. This is the arch on the video. Through there is the 2 player icon.

(Yes, I know my hand is there. As soon as the phone focused on the actual TV the flickering of the TV caused it to go banded and hard to read)
