Right got my c20xe fitted and need to sort out an air filter. I want to use my viper from the 1.4 16v. I know i will prob need a reducer pipe but don't know the sizes. I cant measure cos i don't have access to the car at the moment can anyone help withe internal diameters.

X14XE OD is approx 63mm, C20XE intake ID is approx 70mm.
You could get a thin piece of silicone hose to make up the difference between the two, then just clamp it down.
Remember the other end of the Viper will only be a 65mm intake if it's a Corsa B kit (VFC037). You can get larger end caps and cold air feeds.
I'm trying for 100mm - overkill because the rest of the intake is less, but can't hurt trying.

100mm can't fit down the inner arch - it's too mahoosive.

When I got a 100mm from work I realised how stupidly big it was 
But sent it to Leeds anyway
