Hi, I'm 17 and currently looking in vain for a highly cheap Corsa 1.2 8v. I want it practically standard with no bells or whistles but it must be a decent little runabout with not too many miles on the clock.

Basically it has to be cheap as I don't have all the money in the world and preferably not that horrible purple colour the Vauxhall call blue. Anything else I don't mind. Something that is owned by an old lady or whatever is ideal as I ain't got the time or money to tart it up just yet.

I just want something that isn't a metro for a first car like everyone seems to have nowadays, something I can be proud of.

Pictures etc would be appreciated in any replies.

check your local newspaper adds and also autotrader, youll find something eventually!

i got a '96 1.2 merit for sale , full mot and tax till end jan/05 , needs a respray so lookin for offers around £600

Theres a 1.2trip in my local paper 1997 p plate for sale in Hull for £550, Its White and tax and tested. 65.000 miles. u2u if intereted and ill give you the persons phone number.
