i've got the metal SBD idler pulleys on mine 
remember the price on the sbd website is without vat and unassembled. They come in 2 parts - the outer sleeve and the inner bearing. You need to press the outer sleeve over the inner bearing. Or you can pay SBD to do it and they are a direct replacement. I was quoted 0.5hrs labour to do this.
