hello, im so cheesed off, at work there is this huge speed bump on the road into the carpark nd its killing my car. the bump is so big the middle part of my exhaust scrapes along the bump and my car is not even lowered. my exaust has now snapped in the middle 3 times in the last 2 months, i had to get a new middle bit 2 weeks ago and now the same thing has happened just today. do u think i should be able to get work to pay for these expenses or am i on my own here. its so annoying, does anone else have problems with these things?

If you work for a big company complain to the big 'cheese', and try and claim the money off them. they'll probably just tell you where to go, if its a small one, youre goosed

if your car isnt lowered and the road is causing damage, then id say you have a chance. If its lowered then be careful, as i know the council can actually sue you for damaging a public highway

complain, if your car aint lower, then it must being doing to other cars, or are you just flaying over the hump. as i cant see them having a bump that high myself

well i work for a school so it will be the council i think, ive got 15's on the car. im thinking though that i mite be able 2 go back to the garage that fixed my exhaust and not tell them about the bump and just say it broke by itself, do exausts have a warrenty?

so your car is a standard corsa and it's hitting off the bump yet you keep going over it 
bill your work for the damage
