For example smoothed arches, hows the best way to get them off without cracking them and damaging the car?

Why u wanna get them off?

Best way is to take it to a good body shop.

and pay for it...but then will need to be sprayed once there off anyway...prob get more money for my car stripping it then selling it

Smoothed arches are not supposed to be removed. Once you've had them done, you're probably best to take the wings themselves off.

yeah u cant get it off without cutting/breaking it off, then itd need repainting anyhoo.

and under them arches mate, the metal is normally ground away to fit them on.
