It depends what power you're after. I'd have a look at BB tuning, as they tune R5's which are 1400cc engines, so they probably know better than courtney.
and I'd ask speedex abotu pistons rods and oil spray for th eblock.
Then you just need a standalone engin emanagment system, depending how much power you're after, emerald is good value for money, but Motec is better for control, and something like Pectel or Autronics is the best WRC stuff.
