hiya

any one on cs got some alloys, then had them painted black?

I wana get Lenso RS5's and paint JUST the spokes black

But surely if the spokes are painted black then it'll all chip off when wheels get hit by stones or other stuff.

Has any one on cs got rims, THEN had them painted, or enamled, or blackened some other way? Is it even POSSIBLE just to paint the spokes n leave the chrome lip?
If so, how much did it cost, and how long have u had them and have they chipped etc?

Please help me out here, ya can tell im stressed out as im asking about 378questions

I had my wheels painted anthracite with silver flake, had no probs only a few chips on outer rim

lenso rs5s come in shotgun grey dont they ? which is basically close to black and look sweet ! check jrs garage

If they're keyed properly the paint wont peel

i sprayed mine black

i sanded them down first with wet and dry (cant remember what grade)

then 2 coats of metal primer

then the paint until you're happy with the finish

then laquer them

i tried some metal flake in them too but i wouldnt recommend it unless you know what you're doing!
