i di this for a level,
how much i would love to own a monopoly!!
rise in demand - more business and charge higer prices as in demand
rise in fixed input means profit margin will be less
rise in variable input cost same as lats but flactuating profit margins

Hey Brad cheers for the input. I have that info already. The word count is a max of 1200 buti have 675 and it just doesnt look like enough. So i was just wondering if anyone would fancy having a read through it and adding in anything they thought was appropriate.

ure having a giggle arent you,
have yo used examples like de beeres diamond's,
they are the sole supplier of diamonds in uk so charge what they want to the jewellers
the more you buy from them and more often u get a better deal
the first few times they will charge what they want!
theres heaps of monopoly examples

Lol no not having a giggle just thought it was a good idea to get some extra input. Got examples sorted it just looks a bit bare. Also its to do with a cae study of a newsagents in a remote village who deliver papers. So it asks what will happen if demand increases blah blah blah to this specific firm so dont need many examples of other monopolies.

Cant man. It has to be this newsagent as thats what the question asks u to relate it to. In this case it is a monopoly as it in a remote village with no other newsagents in the town. So in the market that is the newspaper delivery in this town it is a monopoly. Its totally crap this Uni nonesence. Even had to resort to listening to the radio to take my mind off it. Although some fit birds in the comp lab the now.
