anyone know if i`m gonna be needing anything other than the parts already in the 2 cars? as i`m gonna do the work with the cars side by side.
will my EPS still work with the new gearbox as well?

You have the right fuel pump. It should be a straight swap, pull all the engine parts off and put the new engine in with its loom and ECU. Not sure about the engine bodywork mount for the front engine mount - but i'm guessing it's one of the 16v PAS type ones which is the same as the one in the GSi, as far as I know.

The 1.6 sport engine is the same as a 1995 gsi engine...Why dont you try and pick up a sport engine up as new as poss.

because i`ve done lost to my car, and i love the little 1.0 lol.
i`ve done full retrim, custom install, removed wheel well and custom exhaust. and its been fully resprayed! i just want the bigger engine and leccy windows, then i`ll sell the kit and stuff to make some money back.
