i aint seen it either...
at a guess I'd be thinking either it was aftermarket, or fitted to the corsa's in south america which have the funky front & rear lights, or possibly ones from SA 
but looking closer, the bottom pod has 2 speakers in it, so more than likely made by someone else...

they both look after market, as the normal grills are smoothed in here but those overlap.
