these the crappy pellets that you get free with the Bi-orb?
if so dont bother using them, buy some flake food from pets at home, munch what fish have you got? types
how long was the tank set up before you put the fish in?
did you use the sachets free with the kit?

that free sachet is bacteria activater you should of really added that first.
right found your prob mate;
firstly the box is wrong when it says wait 24hours before adding a fish, its more like a week, the toxins in the water will more than likley kill the fish,
secondly you do actually have a heater in there dont you?
buy some "Dr Wellfish Aquarium Salt" its £1.99 from Pets at home and add a small amount of this daily into the tank, mollies benefit from this.
need any more help u2u me

nah dont bother with the bacteria activater now.
wait for a week or so before you add new fish as it'll disrupt the tanks cycle and probably kill your existing fish.
flake food is better as it disolves when left in water for a while where as pellets dont. only feed the fish a tiny pinch a day tho.
this salt brings down the stress in the aquarium which mollies suffer from more than most fish
