good idea. although i'd add a toilet, a fridge full of beer and a door for the delivery boy to give you the pizza through.

have a decent ped space outside patio door for the pizza dude, quite a big house. I renovated an old town house and built round it.

I like your idea Drew, I want a little corner bar thingy, with lager and guiness at the ready, I have my darts setup in another room though so maybe need to shift that into there.
