Basicaly i designed a system and did alot of research into, it wondered how the igmaes are stored as if its in a moving format straight onto a vhs this can not be used as eveince as it is taken from a moving image and have to be a still photo.

its motion sensitive recording onto a vhs if that helps. so this could not be used as evidencve if something were to happen as its moving? i thought so long as you could pick out say...my sisters heroin addict ex boyfriend stealing £3000 worth of garden furniture and £2000 worth of electricals it could have been used against him

you can use it to idenifty them if thing but i know unless the image is a still image you can not use it as eveince, as such saying to the court look thats him there doing it.

I have a full system i designed myself. Tbh it doesn't really matter if it can be used in court. If you can see who it was yourself thats enough evidence to take whatever action is needed.
