i have thought about that but we got an email this morning saying they are putting pay reviews on hold until march so it might now work. pay review use to be in august then it went to november then december now holding out until march

hmm well its a big call centre. working for a company now that has 22 members of staff. most of us are friends.

they are a massive call centre with just short of a thousand staff
