Got cast off my arm/hand....(broken bone in hand)

still swollen and sore when moving it...went to physio too...got to have 6-8 weeks of physio...

still can't work so a line for another 2 weeks...takes me upto the date for breaking off for xmas 2 weeks off QUALITY....that will be 7 weeks off in total

arm etc is disgusting all dry skin and flaky got a support thing on it now
