I am having a 2.0 16v calibra engine into a corsa and have been told i can use the calibra shafts but i have to have something machined for them to fit can anyone tell me what it is ...... thanks

You are having Calibra/Cavalier/Astra hubs machined down so they can accept the Corsa bearings. You are then having some driveshafts that are too long bodged in.
