going to send it with parcelforce but dont know what to wrap it in.
anyone any ideas?

you know them black boxes you get on planes that always survive a crash intact?............Even those get damaged by parcelforce

bubble wrap, cardboard etc etc

Mine came bubble wrapped..........zitcho damage on any of them

put bubble rap over the wheel face then layer cardboard all over it, then bubble wrap again and brown tape it all over.
then you should be able to dropit on t he face without hearing the sound of metal on the floor.

Give it to a monkey he will get it to its destination a lot safer than parcelforce. I've worked in some of the depo's doing an Electrical inspection & test, and i've watched the way they throw things about and boot them around the floor and mash them off the conveyors etc...........If you had seen it you wouldn't send a pack of locking nuts via parcelforce
