will i fail MOT if i have taken out my rear seats but still have the seatbelts in? all the floor fixings are gone but i just didnt bother taking the belts themselves out so will i fail because of this or can i jus have it with me 2 front seats in and a bare backseat and boot area???

nope, if it was the other way round and you had seats and no belts then it would fail

yeah, same as spare wheel, if its got a bad tyre, take it out, cant test if not there, but can if there and dodgy.
