I work for the NHS. I am A IT Support analyst so cover a lot of general stuff.
Desktop software/hardware. Printers, and troubleshooting network problems. Also a bit of installation and stuff like that.
I cover all of our sites in Norfolk.

How much did you get for the Ibiza mate? I'm still trying to sell my Corsa, wanna get a GTI-6

yeah your job sounds almost identical to mine tbh. want to move away from desktop support and more into the network side of things.

I want to move into the IT services side of it. Get away from the sh*tty technical jobs and represent and recomend waht services we can provide, and what systems would be the right ones for people and departments! yawn!
