depends how you want it too look mate
i prefer it slammed on 17s! so i would suggest somthing like 60mm+ plus it will look even lower on your 16s coz they are smaller!
but you have to also think about speed bumps and ride quality too! so its really upto you, if you want a balance of everything i would say about 40-50mm on 16s

Lower it with springs and dampers then if you've any more left get a Kamei/FK grille or something similar.
If you go over budget sell the Lexus lights to cover it

Anywhere between £100-£250ish depending where you go. Take the stripe off at the same time if you're doing this.

thats the same tool set me and my mate have got
normally £150 at halfords but was on sale for £100.... tell u the truth we had to go halfords last week to get a tool coz it was not in that tool set
but still its excellent quality and life time gaurantee, even though you will never need a socket bigger than 19mm to do any work on a car coz it has set of sockets which go upto 32mm

We needed a 34mm socket IIRC to change the oil filter on my Dad's Vectra. Damn Vauxhalls!

only sockets i have needed to buy really is a Long 30mm for the Hub nut on Vauxhalls.
i have got myself a Long 18mm and long 15mm just so it makes life easyer with a air gun
other then that never needed any other sockets.....

i rekon the lexus lights look good on arden blue, dont look so good on other colours tho!tho slightly biased as i have em to!
Recon u shud colour code it and get debdaged grille, lower it 40mm, tinted windows, loose the boot handle but leave number plate recess in as every1 takes it out and i dnt think it looks that gd!

i must be kinda sad then, i fairly dig corsas that arent a gsi, only if they have the grey bumpers though. not into colour coding unless gsi bumpers
