what do u mean by spec?
IMO go for et45, 7 inches wide for 18s, not sure about 19s.

for 18's ET45 & 7x18 7.5x18 will also work 19's will require major arch work but ET45 is ur best bet again with 7.5 width if ya can get em.

They probably will, with some work. But are you having a wide arch kit ? Bear this in mind because if you get ET45 with a wide arch kit you'll find the wheels sit in too much, you'll want them to stick out more.
