recently i have noticed a dodgy fault on my car.
i had my engine fixed due to cambelt snappage, then after a week or so of driving i was back to flooring it everywhere.
on accelerating hard even on flat / level roads it the car seemed to pull to the left or to the right,
if it went to the right id turn the opposite way slightly to counteract it then it i would ahve to fight it off the opposite way.
i also have my tires inflated to max psi.
it almost feels liket he steeing wheel isnt attached and that i have power steering, anyone know why this could be?
it also does it under hard braking sometimes.
car is a corsa B sport 1.4 16v

When you say max psi i hope you mean 30? check all your joints mate ball joints trackrod ends it sounds like a simptom of 1 on its way out

tyres are at 32 psi, as indicated

Tracking (Toe) sounds as though its miles out... I got that when mine was out. It pulls on its own like once youve turned it half way if you get me. Do you have feathered edges on the tread of your tyres?

 it took me a month to figure this problem out on mine......
firstly i would get the car tracked using a 4 wheel lazer alignment machine...
then check you ball joints and bushes and trackrod ends
if its still bad check your wheel barings...
my car was a cnut... it was understeering reduclouly on left hand bends pulling all over the place under acceleration and the drivers wheel was locking up under braking....
also as u have said about it felt like the steering wheel was wasent really connected to the front wheels....
front wheel barings fixed the problems after alot of head scratching.

have just had suspension fitted and asked them to check everything, but they a bit sloppy imo
am gonna sort this out soon, cars feels so gay, get beat round corners by vans etc 
even after the koni's went on

^ theres no point in paying whatever for the shocks/springs and letting the other bits slip balljoints and trackrod ends cost feck all.......
ps u should be getting beat by vans
