Hi ive just recieved some Fk Highsport front coilovers and plan to fit them this weekend. Has anyone got a guide or could scan in some instructions?

Also what method does everyone use to set up height when first on the car?

Also guys im fitting it with 17x7 et42 wheels, will it rub the spring platform?

Also guys ive been reading about the the smaller helper springs, i dunno if ive got them anyone got a part number for them?

Mine seem quite soft i can compress them down to about an inch just with my hands.
