Hey guys, I need to sell my corsa - I bought it for £4000 about a year and a half ago.
T reg 1999
1.2 16v Sxi (75 bhp standard version)
Currently around 55,000 miles
K&N Induction Kit
Sebring full exhaust system with 6x9 Oval Backbox
Was rolling roaded at 81 bhp and 95 lb ft of torque - for the engine it is a nippy car.
Had new Air Flow meter, idle control valve and cat recently.
15 inch mille miglia evo wheels, with good tyres (goodyear eagle f1s), slight kerbing on 2 of the alloys
Lowered 40mm on a full (shocks + springs) gmax suspension kit.
Has a Pioneer CD head unit (may be a sony when cars sold)
5" kenwood front speakers and some infinity 6x9's on rear parcel shelf
Minor things like clear rear lights, clear side repeaters, m3 mirrors, etc.
Pretty much all I can think of right now.
Ideal first car, due to being only insurance group 3 - yet very nippy. Been serviced regularly and always warmed up before driven.
I don't expect to get any money back for mods, I'd set it back to standard but its hassel. (If you buy the car, you can have standard parts as well, which you can fit / sell or whatever)
I'd be sad to see it go, it was my first car and it's never let me down - Just now I've bought a 106 gti my parents are moaning about space on the drive.
At the moment price is at 2800 ono.
Thanks,
Paul J

18.4 secs but that was with the dodgy cat. Should do about a 18.2 I would believe, as cat is now fixed.
But I only did it for a laugh at PVS, car was on stand and someone suggested taking our 1.2 16v's down the strip (blue one across from me is also a 1.2 16v).
Very nippy for what it is. A lot of people can't believe it is a 1.2 16v, but also very easy to drive (my mum drove it before me and had no problems)

just curious thats all,
not bad for a 1.2 18 secs,
my brother is looking for one as we speak, looks a nice example but the pics of the strip have puts u rite off,lol
has a budget if £2500 too,
shame cos it looks a nice example from the pics, good luck with the sale anyway

haha yeh, thought the strip would but only decent pic I've got lol
But the car in its whole life has only been down the strip twice and as I said, was only for fun at PVS as everyone seemed to be going down
Your welcome to test drive it if you want, even if you don't plan to buy - just to get an idea to see what they're like and see it's still running fine.
I'm not sure which 1.2 16v's were 65 bhp and which were 75 bhp - official stats everywhere state its only 65 bhp - but a couple of people off this site who had sxi's got 75 bhp standard, including me? Guess I was a lucky one
For insurance group 3, you can't beat how nippy it is.

Oh and if you change your mind just let me know - remember even if a car has had a lady owner doesn't mean its been looked after.
My sister for example doesn't even check her oil (or know how to) on her 206, where as I regularly check components of the car, with more care / mechanical knowledge than a typical young driver.

Looks like I'll probably be setting my car back to standard and selling parts to be honest... unless I get someone offering soon.
any offers on any bits?
