Just changed accounts from HSBC to A+L as there in UK! (also i have a priority line in work for them!)
Gotta change all my Direct Debits
O2 = Told i would get a call back??? Customer Service Shoot but they speak da lingo!
Elephant = First class no hassle!
Egg = Does not count was all done on-line!

i was with nu direct.funny enough when you don't want to renew your policy they put you straight through to an english chavvy

Interestingly Dell have noticed a drop in sales since they have been using these overseas call centres and are looking at moving them back to the UK.
Saying that some of these Scotish call centres are as bad
