you should undo the circlips ant the gudgeon pin should slide out , then the wee fookers are free

ive just put the head back on the fezzie the oil feeds were blocked and gunked up
put it back together today

gotta get new inlet and zoest gaskets then she should run

hehehe... the new 'flowed' head i have still needs to be re-build with uprated valves, springs, caps/seats, seals and valve stems...... not cheap...

diont really know why i've just decided to do this engine....

should really stop here, and move onto the 'good one'

the hole is ok.... or at least it looked ok to my eye

its the scoring im talking about...

That pin doesnt move freely so that isnt too important.... its the main enf of the rod that connects to the pin, the pin is solid to the piston

I was lookin at the piston, just looks oval & can see what looks like little grooves, unless its my eyes or the angle!

the new engine, albeit has alot done already, still needs......

new valves
new valve springs
new valve seats
new valve caps
new valve stems
new stem seals
new solid tappets

It has new ones in the head, but i want uprated SBD ones to help with the power/rpm/cam profile i want....

not cheap, nor easy
