replaced the fuse today and i went to touch the tube underneath it had a bit of warter on but i got a shock should that happen?

Your wires arent properly insulated by the sounds of it. You got a shock from the water which also must have been touching a live connection under there. Glass isnt a conducter of electricity so you cant get a shock from the glass.

Check all the wiring under the car, make sure non of the wire or solder joints are exposed.

yer i thort that as nothing would be conductive
