Can someone tell me which of the above Australia use?
I want a game only available in australia but dont know if they are on PAL or NTSC?
I know were on PAL.

Yeah, that game - Toca 2 does have it on yeah, theres a lot more options in the V8 Supercars game though.

Different formats, they dont play unless your playstation is chipped or something... waste of money imho
i brought back a telly, video, PS1, SNES and all the games with us in 1996 and they never worked... cant even play my aussie games in my PS1 i bought over here

i thought pal was compatible with pal and ntsc compatible with ntsc.
Shows how much i know.

If your brought the tv and snes back then theres nothing to stop them working apart from power. Don't know what that is in australia.

nope they had power.. it's the same voltage and shit... just the Video never gave a picture.. and the telly was colour in Aus.but was black and white here... my UK tv wouldnt pick up my PS1 on the tuning search then when i changed the PS1 for a UK one it's wouldnt play my Australian games

If you plugged the aus ps1 into the aus tv it will work no matter what country you are in. The tv might not show colours properly in terestrial channels but the ps1 will work?
