If someone was to buy a car at auction which was perfectly road legal etc, how do you go about driving it back to premesis as it wont have any tax?
Anyone know ?

Without tax your insurance would be invalid anyway.

only the driving wheels have to be off the floor, you will be fine if you wheelie all the way home, thats if its FWD

Nope, the DVLA said that none of the wheels are allowed to touch the floor and it had to be transported home
