my gf wants me to wire up a set of neons for the footwell (why i dont quite know) where the easiest place to connect the wires to? there aint no fag lighter connection on the neons so it needs to be sumwhere else, cheers Dan

i tried doin it tha way but there didnt seem to be a live connection to the cigarette lighter

How does the ciggy lighter then? Pretty pointless having no live, or it wont work.

there isnt one in there, its a got a flap over the top of it

there has to be a live and a earth or it wouldnt work. Ive done exactly the same thing on mine so I know it works. Take off the gear nob surround and push the ciggy lighter out from the back and you will see 2 terminals.
