picked up this black sri in aberdeenshire. Well chuffed except it was a trade in and I dont know whats standard and whats not. Has after-market exhaust and piperx filter but dont know if cam or ecu have been messed with. Fuel consumption is shocking ( but I have been driving a diesel last while.)
Had priv. reg - M9 LKC up till last month.
DO YOU KNOW THIS CAR ?

Is it a 16v mate?

If so then there wont be much pull below 2500... but after 3.5 4k it should pull good.

no mate Later M plates were 16v's all 94 model SRi's were 8v's 95 models were 16v's before they changed to the sport on an N plate

My corsa was sluggish till about 2k rpm but that cured itself when i removed the K&N Induction kit and put the Air box back in with a Pipercross panel filter Mines was a 94 L reg 8v

If it was a 94 it would be a late one with the very first of the Ecotech engines

Crisis over then, but yes I am looking for 15" alloys for it . Got any Rhino? Also H18 OAB, you said getting rid of piperx filter improved power low down. Would it also improve mpg?
