Fisrtly if it's really good copyright it or patent it or something if you can. Obviously if its a rental you probably have nothing to copyright as it's just an idea

yeah its not a product, its renting out someone else's product, people could copy idea once started, but be the first, be the best

i'm thinking of it like that bloke who started selling ringtones, he was the first to do it and is now a multi-millionaire, people have followed, but the original idea is usually the money maker (if done right)
