Nicely summed up Where do I need to send that tenner?
We don't claim to be perfect (far from it in fact) and our marketing team sometimes like to give away some 'interesting' gifts (caugh) do but the bottom line is: at Redline we're all car enthusiasts first and writers/journos second.
As far as the Highbury (Fast Car) deal goes, the suits at Future have agreed the takeover with the board of Highbury. But it's down to share holders and legal process to decide whether or not to go ahead. In light of them being in 60 mi££ion of debt and not exactly raking in the cash to pay it off, I expect it's not gonna take too much head scratching

Revs was good a few years back and then they just started filling it with tats and it went down hill rapidly.
Renton Redline it better now than its ever been.
Max is just full of birds and not many cars, fast car isnt any good these days.

^^^ Agreed.
I started off buying Max about 3 years ago. Loved it back then when John Sootherman ( Second Name) was the editor. I now buy Max, Redline and Total Vaux Each Month. I find each a good read but have rated Redline above Max for a long time now.
I like the way that the majority of features in Redline are actually car's from Britain. As that's what i want to read about. . Keep Redline at the top.

With Future and Emap being the big two for motoring mags, it can only be a good thing for the readers.
Future's always been strong for technology mags and Emap for the automotive, but Redline's proof they (Future) aren't shy when it comes to publishing motoring press.

Revs was good when they used to do features on good fairly normal cars.
I have a copy of Revs from 1999 and its excellent, Supra's Vs Sierra Cosworth's and a nice feature on Nova's etc
Now its full of shat.
