just put valver in and need lambda sensor in it, driving without it at mo

Goes into the downpipe. You still doing the BTB thing? They'll put a hole in the manifold for it.

thing is dan said i need a lambda sensor but there is already somat plumbed into the down pipe which looks like a sensor

looks bit like a spark plug with 2 wires coming off it

that would be the lamda sensor then perhaps its knackerd or perhaps he ment u have to keep it?

Maybe it needs wiring into the Lambda O2 sensor signal intake modulator. Or the ECU. Whichever is more accurate.

sounds like someone has chopped it off. its usually situated after the sump under the car.... Depending what loom u have it should plug in near the hole where the loom feeds into the car.. all early motronic looms can run with or without lambda... in ur case if its meant to have but doesnt u can ground pin no 19 on the ecu and run without.

Get a new sensor. £40 odd will cover it.
