www.crucial.co.uk iirc it has a compatibility checker so u cannot buy the wrong type in theory

The only identification it has on it is HTL.

It has a single slot right in the centre of the connector edge.

Right ive figured it, i had to put my motherboard in and it came up with all the right memory upgrades.

Whats a REG module?

RAM is located on the motherboard and is easy to find as 95% it pokes out and can easily be removed, obviously dont do it when computer is running,

by the way dont expect that if you double you RAM you'll be able to run twice as many programs without speed loss

Im just struggling with PS7 a bit, not enough RAM to perform task and shit like that - ive got 256MB at the minute.

expand this into a folder on the desktop and run the exe. It will tell you the motherboard model etc and the memory you are running. Then we can recommend some memory for you.
