Have you not watched TV for the past few years? Every second ad is about how you can screw someone for compensation...

on a serious note, do what Colin said as i think these claims companies need evidence of the injury so tell her to go asap

shes booked in in the morning, MiKorsa, was wondering who'd be first to crack one. I have a tellybox and have seen the ads, just wanted to know if anyone had any first (or second) hand experience.
Cheers

Could be damaged....best to get it checked out by a Dr if shes in pain! as for a claim you need medical proof to get anywhere - If its just a little sore and your trying to span it into something its not I suggest you GTF and stop pushing my ins premiums up

Isnt having a sore back different to having a Neck strain injury (commonly misquoted as whiplash)?
As for the bumping up premiums thing, if its genuine then i think its fair enough claiming, and tbh there so many people doing it i think if it came down to it most would claim for it anyway .
