wots roughly the best setting for the spax adjustables -40mm they rnt coilovers ive got standard sxi wheels on a corsa b but will be getting 16s shortly just wundered to get a rough starting point

I'd say start at about half way on front & rear and see how you like it... one or two notches can make all the difference in body roll or a bumpy/soft ride so best advice is start half way and have a tinker! If all else fails, call the spax tech line coz they will advice shock settings depending on the weight in the front or rear, wheel size & all that
