As ebay were having a free listing day the other day i thought i would put my car on to see what it went for. Unfortunately some idiot decided to bid up to the reserve. He claims he was supposed to bid £3,200, but in actual fact bid £32,000. Therefore in ebays eyes my car is supposed to be sold, meaning i owe them £30. Ive tried looking on their help page but cant seem to get anywhere. Anyone got any ideas?

you'll need to file an "unpaid item dispute" with them
if you goto Site Map which is above My Ebay you'll see somewhere the Unpaid Item Dispute link.
Do this an you'll get your Final Value Fee Back if you file a mutual termination
